As a senior scientist in the field of ADMET (Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, Excretion and Toxicity) I have also published several scientific papers and given many lectures to the pharmaceutical industry. During my PhD research, I published an article within the ‘American Journal of Chromatography’, which is the most-cited article (internationally) from the last 25 years. I have mentored and coached pupils from elite Grammar Schools to help them write effective UCAS forms in preparation for interviews at Russell Group universities.
Additionally, I am not just a professional teacher and tutor but also a qualified corporate educational coach certified by the University of Cambridge. I provided coaching services at the Queen’s Young Leaders Awards at University of Cambridge for several years and my positive contributions have been acknowledged by Sir John Major (Former Prime Minister). Here, I used my coaching experience to empower entrepreneurs to overcome challenges they faced and help them to maximise their performance to achieve their professional goals.
